As the sole tenant, you are undisturbed in your vacation home on approx. 10,000 square meters of garden with various terraces for barbecues, breakfast or an evening aperitif on the roof terrace. A swimming pool on 5x10x1. 50 m with sun loungers and sea view also offers a private atmosphere.

The basement apartment is rented with approx. 120sqm.

The upper floor is closed.

The entire property including the swimming pool is exclusively available to the tenant during his rental period.

Tolle Location - herrrliche Aussicht - schöner Pool
Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt als Familie auf dem wunderschönen Grundstück auf Capo Perla in der Nähe von Capoliveri. Es fehlt an nichts, einzig Poolmöbel und Geschirr könnten mal eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Lage Top. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen
Die Lage und Größe des Grundstückes ist Top Der Pool sehr groß und sehr sauber ideal Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft leider in die Jahre gekommen Die Küche und auch die Duschen sollten erneuert werden Die Raumaufteilung für 2 Familien ist nicht ideal… Leider ging das Wlan im unteren Bereich nur an bestimmten Stellen sonst gar nicht ….. Eine Klima war nicht vorhanden, Ventilatoren waren kleine vorhanden Wir würden wieder kommen jedoch nur wenn an der Einrichtung etwas gemacht wird. Vielen Dank

Idyllisches großzügiges Anwesen mit Pool und Meerblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Meerwasserpool war ein Genuss, ebenso die verschiedenen Sitzecken mit schöner Aussicht auf die Hafenausfahrt von Porto Azzurro. Netter Strand (Belgier-Strand) fußläufig. Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto. Das Konzept der Müllabholung haben wir bis zum Ende nicht verstanden ;-) aber irgendwie hat es doch immer funktioniert. Kontakt mit Verwaltering vor Ort sehr unkompliziert und hilfreich. Mückenspray im August war Pflicht!

Mooie locatie en zwembad
Prachtige locatie , mooi zwembad en tuin Huis iets minder leuk dan verwacht voor de prijs, misten vooral de airconditioning in de hitte. Rustige en leuke omgeving, veel natuur.

Sehr schön!
Unsere Zeit in dem Haus war toll. Nicht mega sauber, aber ganz ok. Der Aussenbereich des Hauses ist grossartig. Toller Pool und viel Platz für Essen, Grillieren, etc. Die Lage ist auch top! Strand in Gehnähe!

Eigentlich alles super
Die ganze Anlage ist traumhaft, die lage wie auch Liegenschaft. Wie haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden mit Bestimmtheit wieder über Fewo Buchen. Der einzige wehrmutstropfen ist, dass das Haus für 6 erwachsene bzw. 3 Paare ungeeignet ist. Die schlafmöglichkeit in unserem Fall war nicht so gut.

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick und einem riesigen Grundstück
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und besonders der Außenbereich zutiefst beeindruckend. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt mit Möglichkeiten für viele Aktivitäten!

Das Anwesen ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und der Pool ist sehr gross und angenehm. Der Schatten unter den Palmen ist einfach herrlich. Himmlische Ruhe! Schöne Sicht auf Port Azzuro und die Hügel des Nordostens von Elba. Die Badebuchten lassen sich in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichen. Um nach Capoliveri zu gelangen ist ein Auto fast Pflicht (oder stramme Beine und ein Fahrrad). Die Calamita Halbinsel, auf der das Anwesen liegt, eignet sich ausgezeichnet für Mountainbiker mit leichten bis anspruchsvollen Touren. Ein ausgezeichneter Fahrradverleih befindet sich in Capoliveri. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist zweckmässig aber bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte noch vollständiger sein. Der Haupthahn für den Gasherd muss bei Nichtgebrauch des Herds gschlossen werden, da sich sonst ein penetranter Gasgeruch ausbreitet.

Havre de paix.
J’avez besoin de repos et de nature, je l’ai trouvé, le jardin magnifique avec la piscine que était un délice le matin au réveil, l’appartement aussi nous a plu , juste le manque de climatisation, mais qui a été vite résolu avec des ventilateurs. Le concierge et la propriétaire on toujours été à notre écoute et ça c’est super. Je retournerai sûrement. Merci.
