Tolle Lage

Das Objekt ist traumhaft gelegen. Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Objekt ist toll ausgestattet. Der Pool und einige Sportgeräte haben leider nicht immer funktioniert. Insgesamt aber sehr toll =)

Urlaub im Strandjuwel

Das Apartmenthaus "Strandjuwel" liegt mitten in Kühlungsborn Ost, keine 200 m vom Strand und der Seebrücke entfernt, die Lage ist also perfekt, mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und Hunde freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Bewertung Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr dicht zum Strand. Wunderbar, dass die eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad in der Anlage sind, die bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sind. Das einzige, was zu bemängeln ist, die Ausstattung der Küche. Backofen fehlt und ne zu kleine Kochfläche.

Guter Service, gute Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfang war sehr persönlich. Anlage ist sehr zentral gelegen, Badehaus ist gut und haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Saubere Anlage in top Lage. Bäcker, Fischbrötchen und Eis gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Shopping ist auch möglich. 3 Minuten bis zur Seebrücke.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, etwas laute Umgebung

super nah zum Strand, Lage top, leider Fischbude direkt vorm Fenster, daher viele laute Möwen auf der Lauer nach Beute, sehr laut.... Betten bequem aber quietschendes Holzgestell... Balkon sehr zurückgesetzt, daher links und rechts nur Hauseand, sehr unbequeme Eisenstühle drinne großer runder Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen Küche spartanisch aber zweckmäßig, Herd sehr lahm, tolle Kombi-Mikrowelle Geschirr alles top, sonst schöne Wohnung, genügend Schränke , Föhn vorhanden, Badehaus leider immernoch, ohne Grund geschlossrn, schade

Süsse kleine Wohnung, ideal für Alleinreisende. Durch die zentrale Lage nicht zu toppen. Das I -Tüpfelchen ist die Nutzung des Indoor Pools und Sauna.

Strandnah gelegene, großzügige, saubere Unterkunft. Nette Rezeption im Haus, tagsüber zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Sehr günstige Lage ca. 100 m bis zur Seebrücke. Leider laute Straße unter den Schlafzimmerfenstern im gesamten Vorderhaus. Bad und Sauna geschlossen wegen Corona. Keine Mülltrennung.

Lage der FeWo perfekt. FeWo lieblos eingerichtet. Bad ggü den Fotos eine Zumutung.

Küche spartanisch ausgestattet. Keine bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich. App. 215 aus unserer Sicht so nicht zu empfehlen. Dennoch würden Strandjuwel wieder buchen. Es gibt andere App. mit weitaus besserer Austattung. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
