On entering this property, the first thing you are overwhelmed by is the view. The panoramic sea views and the surrounding countryside of the Alt Empordà with the surrounding Pyrenees are a dream.
The upper living level comprises a living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as an open-plan kitchen, guest WC and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
The lower floor offers two double bedrooms ( one with air condition) with direct access to the garden and swimming pool, a large bathroom with shower, WC & BD and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, extra fridge and freezer.
Other features include: Internet, air conditioning, automatic shutters, mosquito shutters, parking for 2 cars, outdoor shower, roof terrace.
