The single-storey house with a spacious plot is located in a quiet street in Riells, a neighbourhood of the old fishing village of L'Escala. The house is fully equipped, including satellite TV, WLAN (fibre optic) and air conditioning and has been gradually modernised in recent years.
First shopping possibility: bakery in 350 m, supermarket Spar (with bakery + butcher, new opening in 2021!) in 400 m. The beach of Riells is approx. 600 m away or a 7-minute walk.
Numerous restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars and cafes are within walking distance. Other sights, sports and leisure facilities can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
15 minutes on foot to the large sports boat harbour ‘La Clota’ at the eastern end of the bay of Riells. Supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadonna, Bonne Preux, Lidl, Aldi approx. 5 minutes by car. The old town centre of L'Escala with its small sandy beach, numerous restaurants, quaint pubs and upmarket boutiques is a 20-minute walk along the beautiful promenade by the sea. There are many beautiful, fine sandy beach bays nearby, approx. 10-15 minutes by car.
In the summer months, a varied programme of events offers many cultural highlights. The two air conditioning units (living room, bedrooms) can also be used as heating in inverter mode. There are permanently installed electric radiators in the bathrooms. The closed fireplace provides the necessary cosiness during off-peak times. A 34’ curved USB-C monitor is available for workation guests (and gamers).
Private host with local agency. Rental processing (check-in, key handover, escort to the house, bed linen (per person for a fee of EUR 20 / per change), towels (set for 2 persons, for a fee of EUR 15 / per change), contact person on site, receipt of deposit (EUR 200 in cash), settlement of tourist tax (EUR 1 / person from 17 years, max. 7 days), house inspection, ...) via local agency. An additional rental contract, possibly with extended conditions such as additional costs for bed linen, towels, tourist tax, to be paid to the local agency, must be concluded after booking and will be issued and sent by the landlord after the booking request. The booking only becomes binding upon conclusion of the additional rental agreement. The rental agreement will be presented at check-in and checked by the local agency on arrival. Please have the identity cards of all fellow travellers ready for comparison and guest registration. Deposit refunded after house inspection. Tourist tax, rental of towels/bed linen and any final cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. The minimum rental period is 5 days.
