Vacation Apartment 'Apartment Seaside' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Apartment Seaside is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation. On the 40 sqm terrace you can listen to the sound of the sea, as well as on the 110 sqm roof terrace above. The roof terrace as well as the 270 sqm garden are for your exclusive use. From the roof terrace and the garden you have a magnificent 360° view of the sea and the mountains and can enjoy the sun to the fullest all year round.
In the summer of 2022 the apartment was renovated and completely refurnished. In the spacious two bedrooms there is a 180 x 200 cm double bed in each. There are enough towels and bed linen available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV set with German program as well as a workstation. The apartment has a high-speed WLAN connection (fiber optic).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a bathtub, WC and bidet. A wide light well provides the bathroom with brightness and a fan heater with warmth. In the guest toilet there are many storage options as well as a hairdryer and shaving mirror, so you can get ready in parallel.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, has a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, blender and much more. The washing machine, next to which is the clothes horse, can be operated from the terrace.
In the light-flooded living room there is also a TV with German programming and an internet CD radio (Spotify). The air conditioning cools for you in the summer and warms you in the winter. The 40 sqm terrace, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a dining table with parasol and four chairs as well as two sun loungers, each with soft cushions. Additional chairs with cushions, parasols and two sun loungers are located in the garden and on the roof terrace. Due to the risk of falling, please do not use the parapet for seating.
Pets as well as smoking in the apartment are not allowed. The house rules as well as useful tips about the equipment of the apartment can be found in a folder in the apartment.
Information about the area
Only about 100 m from the apartment there is a small supermarket and several restaurants.
The official EU hiking trail runs directly along the street in front of the apartment.
In only 3 minutes by car you are in the village of El Toscal. Here you will find everything you need, various restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, household goods, hairdressers and much more.
In the direction of Puerto de la Cruz you will find a Lidl after about 3 km. From there it is only about 2.5 km to the beautiful beach of Punta Brava and the popular Loro Parque.
In the center of Puerto de la Cruz, which is only about 5 km away from the apartment, you can admire impressive houses in colonial style as well as many paintings on the house facades and stroll along the harbor and the promenade. The Plaza del Charco is very lively until late at night and attracts with many restaurants, bars and music.
In Puerto de la Cruz there is a very large parking lot on C. Mequinez (74), so you can easily drive into town.
The Multicentro Comercial El Trompo, the largest shopping center in the area, you can reach via the highway in 6 km.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the apartment.
