Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Surf school 13 km, sailing school 13 km, tennis 14 km, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: amphitheater 14 km. Swimming pool heated (extra), with counterflow and hydromassage.
