Cozy Holiday home with community pool near golf

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 61 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - May the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Lovely holiday home near the beach with communal pool.
The house is located in a small, quiet complex with only a few houses at the end of a dead end. The distance to the pool is about 30 m. The house has a small, secluded garden with a nice barbecue area.

There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) and an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and 1 bathroom.

The house is also suitable for the winter months and can be heated by the warm and cold air conditioning system.

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guest.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet area (dead end) - with international neighborhood

Getting Around:
It is only 1 km to the popular rocky beach "L`Andragó"; to the sandy beach 1.5 km. Restaurants 1 km.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
