This lovely private cottage studio is situated next to the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, beach,boulevard and city centre at only 10 minutes by foot.

The studio is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Basically a shabby garden shed. Dirty with the minimum of amenities. Smiling Host just trying to squeeze every euro for the minimum effort.

Lage und Häuschen war zum Strand relativ schnell zu erreichen.Ruhige Lage .Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig.Das Klo war von den Vormietern verdreckt ( ziemlich ekelhaft).Der Toilettendeckel war kaputt und man konnte sich nicht richtig auf die Toilette setzen.Beim abziehen spritzte Wasser über den Rand ,dadurch war der Boden ständig nass.Zum Frühstück suchten wir Teller ..Ich klappte die Kleine Spülmaschine auf und alles war komplett verschimmelt…ekelhaft .Leider war auch der Besteckkasten mit Inhalt dreckig .Das Häuschen werden wir nicht mehr mieten .

Eine Woche Aufenthalt
Wir waren eine Woche zu 2 in der Unterkunft und es war viel zu klein leider. Im Bad kein Waschbecken vorhanden, wir mussten immer in der Küchenspüle Zähneputzen etc. Die Ausstattungsmerkmale aus der Anzeige stimmten leider auch nicht ganz mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist in einer kleinen langen Gasse. Wenn man die Haustür öffnet, steht man direkt vor einer Mauer. Leider hat man auch keinen Terrassen oder Gartenzugang, das macht einen sehr einengendes Gefühl. Sauberkeit war okay. Leider hatten wir nicht die Möglichkeit mal zu fegen oder zu saugen, da nichts da war. Dementsprechend vermehrt sich schnell der Sand in der kleinen Unterkunft die einer umgebauten Garage ähnelt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht überein. Wir haben über 800 Euro gezahlt für eine Woche um wirklich sehr eingeengt unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Etwas schade denn wir waren schon bereits mehr wie 10x in Zandvoort und finden es sehr schön dort. Doch leider hat uns diese Unterkunft nicht überzeugt für den Preis.

Einmal und nie wieder
Leider ist das Apartment echt sehr heruntergekommen. Schimmel ohne Ende in der Dusche, das Wasser der Klospülung schwappte unter dem Klodeckel her, sodass der Boden immer feucht war und man immer wischen musste. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir 3 kleine Besucher (Nacktschnecken) unsere Haustür hatte nicht mal einen Türgriff. Im Badezimmer gibt es kein Waschbecken, ausschließlich in der Küche. Außerdem konnte man beim Betreten der Wohnung kein Licht anmachen, weil alle Lampen kaputt waren, bis auf die über dem Bett und um die an zu machen hat man sich schon 3 mal den Zeh gestoßen. Also das unser erstes und letztes Mal!!!

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Wenn man die Wohnung betritt, riecht es muffig. Das liegt daran, dass die einzige Luftzufuhr eine Dachluke ist. Fenster und Terrassentür lassen sich nicht öffnen. Man kommt über einen schmalen Gang in die Wohnung. Die anderen Einheiten werden als Geräte- oder Fahrradschuppen genutzt. Der Gang ist leider sehr zugewuchert mit Unkraut. Angrenzend befindet sich ein Garten mit Hund, der gelegentlich bellt. Durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung trocknen Handtücher nicht. Auch gab es deswegen viele Nacktschnecken in der Wohnung. Jeden Abend müssten wir mehrere Schnecken aus der Wohnung befördern. Abends konnte man in der Wohnung kaum was sehen. Von den 5 Spots haben nur noch zwei funktioniert. Es war sehr dunkel. Bei Ankunft war die Spülmaschine noch voll mit Geschirr. Der Schrank und das Regal waren leider auch sehr dreckig. In der Duschwanne gab es Rostflecken, geduscht wurde nur mit Flip Flops. Bei Betätigung der Klospülung kam vorne Wasser aus der Schüssel gespritzt. Behelfsweise haben wir einen Lappen ausgelegt. Im Bad gab es kein Waschbecken, man musste sich also im Spülbecken in der Küche Händewaschen und die Zähne putzen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr unwohl gefühlt. Der geforderte Preis war eine absolute Frechheit.

Ganz okay…
Parken ist eine Katastrophe, man muss über 1km weit weg parken. Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft nicht wirklich gut haben 15-20 min lang gesucht. An sich kleines gutes Apartment, man darf nur nicht zu viel erwarten :)

Viele kleine Mängel
Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Allerdings in einer kleinen Gasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte ein Hund in der Nähe der Tür sein Geschäft verrichtet, leider wurde das nicht weggeräumt. An sich ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Leider gibt es im Bad kein Waschbecken. Man kann auch nicht wirklich ein Fenster aufmachen. Es gibt nur ein kleines Dachfenster, das man öffnen kann. Während unsere Aufenthalts hat der Ton des Fenrsehers nicht funktioniert. Die Informationen zum Wifi waren anfangs nicht korrekt. Erst am nächsten Tag hatten wir die richtigen Zugangsdaten.

Zum Übernachten okay...... Zum wohnen bei schlechtem Wetter grenzwertig. Einen Tag früher abgereist.
Für einen Kurztrip okay. Für 14 Tage Urlaub nicht empfehlenswert.
