Its a modern villa that can accomodate 6 people + 2 extra. Villa is on a property of 400m2 and the villa has 220m2. It has a spacious heated outdoor pool and sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the sun whole day and dining with your loved ones. Inside, on the ground floor there is a spacious and cozy living room and fully equiped kitchen with dining area. The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and king size bed, two on the first floor and third one on the second floor. Each part of the villa offers a view of the Adriatic Sea.
