Stiller Herbst in Brandenburg

Wir verbrachten knapp 2 Wochen in diesem Haus, um die Umgebung von Potsdam und Berlin in Tagestouren zu erkunden. Das Haus war ein gutes Basislager und freundlicher Rückzugsort - Busverbindung ist ein paar Schritte entfernt, wenn man flexibel sein will, empfiehlt sich ein eigenes Auto. Da wir nicht daran interessiert waren selbst zu kochen, war die Kücheausstattung für uns ausreichend. Die Beheizung mittels Wärmetauscher und Fußboden-Heizung hat auch bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt bestens funktioniert. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist auch wochentags sehr ruhig, der überdachte Stellplatz sehr praktisch um auch bei Regenwetter entspannt ein- und auszuladen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Deter war sehr angenehm - unsere Anfragen wurden zügig beantwortet bzw. umgesetzt. Die Duschgelegenheit in der Wanne ist ein Kompromis - wie bereits andernorts beschrieben. Um im Dunkeln leichter ins Haus zu kommen, wäre eine von außen schaltbare Außenbeleuchtung (oder ein Bewegungssensor im Bereich der Haustüre) sehr wünschenswert. Ansonsten ist das eine hochwertige Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kämen gerne wieder.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, es fehlte uns nichts. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt, was unserem Hund auch sehr gefallen hat! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wunderschöne Umgebung, schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus liegt nah am Schlosspark und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Mit Hund ist es super schön. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Küche ist etwas klein, eine Spülmaschine wäre toll. Das Bad ist groß, allerdings muss man im Sitzen duschen, da die Badewanne in der Schrägen angebracht ist. Für grössere Menschen vielleicht etwas schwierig. Mein Hund und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wir haben einen schönen Kurzurlaub/ Fahrradurlaub in Marquardt und Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, Potsdam, Berlin und die schöne Umgebung sind gut erreichbar.

ideal um Potsdam und Umgebung zu erkunden

Wir waren Gast in einem schicken, modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr herzlich. Potsdam und Berlin sind schnell erreicht, wir waren mit dem Auto, es gibt auch einen Bahnhof und Busse. Der Dorfkrug ist empfehlenswert, deftig aber sehr lecker. Etwas irreführend ist die Beschreibung der Lage. Text und Fotos suggerieren einen Seezugang auf dem Grundstück, die Badestelle ist mehrere 100m entfernt im Schlosspark. Wir haben in der Umgebung schönere Badeseen gefunden. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch, die notwendigste Ausstattung ist vorhanden.

Wundervolles liebevolles Haus mit netter Vermieterin

1 Woche bei bestem Wetter - was will man mehr. Tägliche Radtouren nach Potsdam, Babelsberg, Berlin und Werder. Spaziergänge am Schlänitzsee. Leckeres Essen im örtlichen Restaurant. Sehr sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Das Haus ist eine kleine Kunstgalerie mit vielen käuflichen Ölgemälden zweier junger Künstler. Auch der Garten ist harmonisch mit vielen Pflanzen angelegt. Einzig ein paar Fliegengitter wegen der Stechmücken wären zu empfehlen. Und eine Espressomaschine...das wäre Luxus pur ;-)

Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen Nahe Potsdam

Sauberkeit und Unterkunft waren völlig zufriedenstellend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die recht spartanische Küche. Da wir mit einem kleinen Kind reisten, mussten wir die Trennwand vor die Treppe stellen, wenn wir mit unseren Kind oben waren. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Der 60. Geburtstag

Wir waren zu viert, meine Eltern und mein Mann waren dabei. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gegenüber liegt ein Park, ein paar Hühner und in der Nähe ein Landgashof. Zum Bahnhof ist es Fußläufig auch nicht weit weg. Wir haben unten auf der Schlafcouchgeschlafen, meine Eltern oben. Aus Erfahrung heraus, macht das nicht wenn 3 von 4 Menschen schnarchen, da alles offene Bereiche sind... ;) Das einzige was uns leider nicht gefallen hat, war die Duschwanne. Mein Mann ist 2 m groß und hatte hier etwas Platzprobleme durch die Dachschräge und der Position des zu kleinen Duschvorhanges.
