Can Corem is a stunning luxury villa located in the countryside close to the town of Manacor. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Centre is also located in the town and offers the best sports facilities and its famous museum. Due to its location, Manacor and Can Corem are minutes away from other coastal towns and beautiful beaches such as Porto Cristo (10 km away), S'Illot (13 km away), Sa Coma (16 km away) and many more. In the harbour of Porto Cristo, you will enjoy boat rentals, diving, boat trips and the best terraces and restaurants in the region. The nearest town, Manacor, is a 5 minute drive away and offers several supermarkets, traditional markets, restaurants and shops.
The residence has six large rooms consisting of a presidential suite, three queen suites and 2 junior suites. All rooms are equipped with exclusive heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of which are full en-suite bathrooms, one full bathroom shared with two large bedrooms, one full bathroom serving the pool area and two half bathrooms serving the main kitchen and dining areas on the lower level. In addition to the bathrooms, there are several living areas, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas and a large dining terrace to enjoy the sunset. Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the features, cutlery, crockery and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and comfort, and can accommodate groups of twelve or more guests. The first floor kitchen has access to the main dining room and terrace dining room. The lower level kitchen serves the large banquet style dining room and pool dining room. Located on the first floor, you will find a business room equipped with a computer and printer should you need to attend to any business matters. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, share a full bathroom on this floor. Completing the main floor is a large laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a spacious 2-car garage.The first floor contains the presidential suite with a king-size bed, master bath with tub and shower, as well as walk-in closets and sitting area. Two other suites are located on this floor with separate sitting and sleeping areas with queen size beds and their own private full bathrooms. The other bedroom with sitting area is located on the lower floor with direct access to the pool area.
It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda vineyards. On the outside of the residence, the jewel of the property is the swimming pool measuring 11,00 by 5,50 metres with a shallow area for the relaxation and enjoyment of the youngest ones. The pool is surrounded by natural grass and stone floors with modern lighting which is also present throughout the property. You will have garden furniture at your disposal to enjoy the sun and the pool as well as the convenience of a gas grill.
