Great Apartment Decor in places very tired Flooring in places is badly fitted Bathroom Sinks had problems Kitchen well equipped Would definitely say fixtures fittings should upgraded sooner rather than later. Overall a nice place to stay

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy

Leider wenig Erholung.

Beim Erstmaligen Betreten der Unterkunft begrüßte uns ein stark muffeliger und ekliger Geruch, welcher nur zum Teil durch Lüften wegzukriegen war. Da die Unterkunft direkt über einer Bar liegt, die täglich bis 2 Uhr geöffnet hat und unter der Bar eine Diskothek ist, die an 2 Tagen bis 2 Uhr bzw. sogar an 2 Tagen bis 4 Uhr geöffnet hat, war ein Lüften während der Nacht aufgrund des Lärms unmöglich. Am nächsten Morgen war der muffelige und eklige Gestank erneut da. Der Geruch ist vermutlich das Überbleibsel aus den diversen Wasserschäden in der Vergangenheit im Zusammenspiel mit Gerüchen aus den Abflüssen. Die Wasserschäden waren zu erkennen an den Wasserspuren an den Türrahmen und dem aufgequollenen Laminat vor der Toilette, der Dusche und vor der Küchenzeile. Auch die Spuren an den Wänden waren sehr unschön zu betrachten. Meiner Meinung nach ist eine Renovierung in dieser Unterkunft überfällig. Dass die Unterkunft direkt über einer Bar und zusätzlich darunter eine Diskothek ist, war aus der damaligen Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Die Gegend gerne wieder, die Unterkunft nie wieder.

Sehr geehrter Herren und Damen, Hallo, guten Tag, ja, wir haben drei unvergessliche Nächte und vier Tage in Ihrer Wohnung und der Stadt Zell am See verbracht, ich und unsere Familie, vielen Dank für Ihren Service, unserer Meinung nach ist Ihre Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, mit einfachem Zugang zu allem, einem sehr schönen See, einer Seilbahn, einer Bootsfahrt und Spaziergängen.
