About this property

Holiday loft of a three-sided courtyard in the Prignitz - lovingly and individually

Large three-sided courtyard in a romantic village idyll in Prignitz, halfway between Berlin and Hamburg, not far from the Elbe Cycle Path in the Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve. Nature trails on foot or by bike invite you to discover the Prignitz, its villages and the goods. A hundred-year-old, fully developed half-timbered farmhouse stands on the 3900 square meter plot. The former cow and pig stables are being renovated. An attractive pool area has become from the rest of the barn! Raised beds in the courtyard with herbs and a spacious orchard complete the kitchen. Each room in the house has an individual character, living room and kitchen are open and offer space for families, groups, seminars. The garden invites you to play and relax. On the terrace you can not only enjoy your coffee in the sun, but also watch a starry sky at night. There is a fire and grill area. But of course we are not perfect, the apartment is in a small village and we keep adding to the yard and are open to suggestions. We have now completed the sauna house and want to build a Kneipp facility. We are expanding the cattle stable and want to turn it into an event hall for weddings, concerts and the like.
There is always something to improve in the yard and garden. We stay tuned and do our best to give you a distinctive holiday experience on our farm in the fields. For good reason we would like to point out that our house does not have WiFi, we wanted to create a courtyard for rest and relaxation and a break from hectic everyday life. We have a projector with a selection of films and of course radio, records and Bluetooth devices but firstly the reception in Brandenburg is still limited by digital media and secondly we have deliberately decided against a WLAN connection. We ask you to take this into account when booking.

Vielen lieben Dank, wir waren super zufrieden, hatten ausreichend Platz für 10 Menschen von 80 bis 180 cm Länge und einem kleinen Hund. Die Küche bietet einfach alles. Wir kommen gerne im Sommer wieder um auch den Pool zu testen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus sowie das Gelände sind barrierefrei. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Wir können diese Unterkunft für eine Reise mit Menschen mit Behinderungen sehr empfehlen.

Eine tolle Woche in der Prignitz
Wir, eine 7 köpfige Gruppe mit Sinn für Genussradeln, Wandern, Erkundungen und auch einfach nur mal Relaxen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, auf dem fantastischen Grundstück, in der Prignitz. Bad Wilsnack, Kyritz, Havelberg, Perleberg und Pritzwalk wurden erobert und ganz nebenbei wurde auch Krams passiert, der Ort wo Gundermann 1998 sein letzte Konzert gegeben hat. Das es auch noch einen Pool gab, hat vor allem unsere Frauen gefreut. Die Männer waren da eher für den Aperol zuständig. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für diese schöne Woche

genialer Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit der gesamten Familie einen genialen Osterurlaub verbracht. Vom Baby über die knapp 3-jährige bis zum Rollstuhlfahrer, Eltern und Großeltern. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden - von den Kochutensilien, der Babyausstattung bis zu Sport- und Spielgeräten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, um mit Freund*innen oder Familie bequem zu entspannen. Das Haus ist geräumig, super ausgestattet, wunderschön saniert und lässt einen schon nach dem ersten Betreten ein erstes OOOHHHH entwischen. Immer wieder gern!
Wir waren nun das 2. Jahr dort & es passt für unser Familienwochenende sehr gut. Wir genießen dort die Ruhe, den gemütlichen Ess- / Wohnbereich & den großen Garten. Der Pool + der Poolbereich lassen erahnen, dass man auch im Sommer sich dort super aufhalten kann. Sollte unsere Familiengröße so bleiben, kommen wir auch gern nächstes Jahr wieder.

Alles was man braucht
Wir waren mit 13 Männern vor Ort. 2 mussten auf dem Sofa schlafen, so wurde es aber vorher auch besprochen. Pool war super, so wie das Sonnendeck. Alles war ausreichend sauber und man hat jede menge Platz. Für unsere Gruppe war es einfach perfekt!

Idealer Ort zum Entspannen mit Freunden
Es gibt ausreichend Platz für Aktivitäten in der Gruppe, man findet aber auch schöne Orte, um sich mal zurückziehen zu können - Das Grundstück ist halt riesig. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht - in der Küche, wie zur Unterhaltung. Das Wetter war super, so dass wir die DVD-Sammlung nur angeschaut, nicht aber genutzt haben. Pooldeck und Sauna sind ein Traum. Es war wieder schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschönes Landhaus, das liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Ein schöner großer Garten, mitten in der Natur und mit viel Ruhe. Die Sauna hat gut funktioniert und im Sommer ist es bestimmt fantastisch, wenn auch der Pool offen ist. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Alles super. Tolles Haus, sehr schöne Sauna und Garten.
Tiptop. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist echt toll für Gruppen die gerne zusammen spielen. Außerdem ermöglicht es zu kochen, ohne vom Rest der Gruppe völlig abgeschnitten zu sein. Das ganze Grundstück ist ein Träumchen. Die Eigentümer*innen haben einen super Ort für ein Wochenende oder auch länger geschaffen.

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende mit einer großen Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwischen 1-10 Jahren in der Unterkunft verbracht und die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und schafft eine unglaublich gemütliche Stimmung. Der Garten bietet mit Sauna und viel Platz zum Spielen (wir hatten u.a. einen Fußball und Wikingerschach dabei) selbst im November viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich wirklich sehr gemütlich. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit.

Es fehlt an nichts, toller Aufenthalt mit Kindern
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für Familien/Freunde mit (kleinen) Kindern. Vor Ort waren Spielzeug, Bücher, Spielplatz (auf dem Hof und 2 min zu Fuß entfernt) und sogar der Tierpark Perleberg ist nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ! Wir konnten sehr entspannen, weil die Kinder sich frei bewegen konnten und sich wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist super für die eigene Verpflegung! Es war sehr schön
