Decent locations, mediocre management, minimal amenities
Checkin process was alright, had to be in person, would be nice for automated option. Place was clean and fit 6 fine. Layout is a little awkward. Location has bus stop right in front which was nice. Decently long walk uphill to town and shops is a little inconvenient when the bus stops after 5:15pm. Also, the company either provides only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag total or the previous tenants left them for us. Only issue we had was my daughter locked the bathroom door and the lock got jammed and wouldn’t open. She was locked in for about 1.5hrs because their office closes for 2 hrs during lunch time. Their “after hours” emergency line goes to a “cannot be completed as dialed.” Management sent a guy over that disagreed with me that the lock was jammed AFTER he pulled a can of WD40 from his pocket and sprayed every direction of the lock in front of 5 of us, which then immediately opened. Blamed it on my daughter not pushing the key all the way in even though its an old school lock from around1600 that you can see straight through, so I could see the key pressed all the way through every time. Otherwise, I would rate the place a decent location, mediocre management, and poor on amenities. Would stay again if nothing else available but would recommend another management company and more updated accommodations.
