Urlaub im Oktober

Wir verbrachten fünf sehr erholsame Tage im geräumigen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Apartment. Sämtliche Beschreibungen der Gastgeber sind zutreffend, während unseres Aufenthaltes funktionierte alles und befand sich in gutem Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktionierte unkompliziert und reibungslos. Auch waren wir positiv überrascht vom sehr ruhig gelegenen, großzügigen und gut gepflegtem Anwesen mit großartiger Aussicht über die nähere Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhige Lage und schöne Anlage mitten in der Natur

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Bereits vom Esstisch hat man einen schönen Blick auf die tolle Gegend. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge in eine sehr malerische Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement in zeer rustige omgeving

Ligging vonden wij te afgezonderd, einde van een binnenweg. Voor boodschappen heb je echt een auto nodig. Appartement erg schoon en prima voor max. drie personen. Jammer dat er geen buitenzitje was. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Ruhig und ländlich

Wie erwartet, die Ländlichkeit des Piemonts. Umgeben von Haselnusssträuchern und Weinreben liegt die beschriebene Ferienwohnung. Moncalvo ist in 10 Minuten erreicht, Asti in 30 Minuten. Über Vercelli (mit dem Zug von dort nach Mailand) und Asti (mit dem Zug von dort nach Turin) lassen sich auch die größeren Städte erkunden. Pool vorhanden, konnte aber aufgrund des unbeständigen Maiwetters noch nicht genutzt werden. Ansonsten sehr abgeschieden und ruhig (Auto auf jeden Fall ein muss). Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nice and clean appartment with a beautiful view

Very nice appartment, clean and everything was there. The view is amazing! We love the hills of Piemont and this view can be seen out of every window. The contact with the owners was good, we received easy instructions to enter the appartment. The pool wasn’t open yet, that was the only thing we missed.

Mooi afgewerkt appartement op rusten locatie

Alles in ruimte ok. Douche iets gedateerd. Willen geen douchrgordijn meer tegenwoordig. We hadden nr17 geboekt en schrokken dat we niet buiten konden zitten. Dat was toch wel creatief weggelaten op de site. Iedereen wil toch mogelijkheden hebben om buiten te zitten? Ruimte ook vrij krap voor 5 personen. Slaapbank voory2 personen . Zwembad helaas ook nog dicht. 1e week mei. Het was wel 24graden. Regel dat nou gewoon. Uitzicht was fantastisch.

Loved it!

We couldn't have picked a better spot to relax after our daily excursions around the Piedmont area. We found the property charming and well maintained, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside. Our apartment was fully equipped with all of the comforts of home, and we appreciated the convenience of a grocery market nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. All in all, the perfect choice for us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen. Da zu dieser Zeit nicht so viel los war, hatten wir den Pool oft für uns alleine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nicht sehr weit entfernt. Nach Asti dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Dort ist der Wasserpark Astilido sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Empfehlung der Pizzaria Weekend in Monclavo. Sehr lecker. Unbedingt Wein mit nach Hause nehmen. Vor Ort haben wir die Winzergenossenschaft Moncalvo probiert. War günstig uns sehr gut.

Stilvolles Apartment in toller Umgebung

Im Juli 2016 verbrachten wir eine erholsame Woche in diesem Apartment. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und umfangreich, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Insbesondere vom Pool aus genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick in die Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist abseits befahrener Straßen und somit perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub geeignet. Das Apartment ist Teil eines restaurierten und stilvollen Gebäudeensembles. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkehren.

Amazing setting--Beautiful views of the Monferatto countryside

The property is located within a large old building which has been redone. It has a fresh new feeling within an old historic building. Perfect for 3 people. Pool area is lovely, but further from the house than the photos portray. Internet was problematic, otherwise a lovely place to relax. Away from the city but close enough to the charming town of Moncalvo to enjoy it and other lovely hill towns nearby. Castle d'alfieri has an excellent restaurant with the most beautiful view of Monferatto from its terrace. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt :-)

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen auf La Famulenta sehr genossen und uns in dieser sehr gemütlichen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die detaillierten Beschreibungen und Tipps der beiden sympathischen Vermieter Natalie und Frank haben keine Fragen offen gelassen - alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung wie man sie extrem selten findet und die man jederzeit wieder mieten kann!!! La Famulenta liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch und war als Rückzugsort nach unseren zahlreichen Ausflügen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung ideal. Man kann in sowohl in der Nähe als auch in 1-2 Stunden Entfernung sehr viel Schönes entdecken. Wir waren auch am Meer und im Hochgebirge auch der Markt und die Arkaden in Turin sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert.

Dejligt sted,

Dejligt sted ,alting var rent og velholdt og svarede til forventningerne. Fint område gode restauranter og lokale vingårde.Specielt var det spændende at besøge vingården "vicara" i Monferato.Vi kan anbefale golfbanen La Serra.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die WOhnung war großzügig und sehr gut ausgetattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Die Landschaft ist eine Augenweide und mittendrin der sehr schöne Pool. Die Vermieter sind absolut zuvorkommen und freundlich...rundherum vollste Empfehlung für dieses Objekt. Wenn Sie shoppen wollen fahren Sie nach Novara (ca. 1 Std.) ins Outlet....das lohnt sich. Piemont mit Ambiente

La Famulenta ist ein schöner alter Gutshof, der stilsicher renoviert und in mehrere Woneinheiten aufgeteilt wurde. Inmitten der piemontesischen Hügellandschaft liegt es eingebettet in einer schönen Gartenanlage, aber auch in 5 Minuten Fahrentfernung zum Zentrum des charmanten Städtchens Moncalvo. Die Ferienwohnung ist zugleich zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was eine zeitgemäße Ferienwohnung bieten sollte. Am gepflegten Pool kann man das ganze Panorama der Landschaft genießen. Sehr charmant haben die Vermieter nützliche Tipps in einer Info-Mappe zusammengestellt.
