Sehr gut gelegene, kleine, aber bestens ausgestattete Wohnung auf Fehmarn. Kommunikation sehr gut. Insgesamt ideal für eine kleine Auszeit an der Ostsee.

Der Urlaub war seh erholsam. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal da und können diese ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Super Ausstattung und sehr gemütlich
Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der schnell geantwortet und keine Fragen offen gelassen hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe am Yachthafen lief reibungslos und die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Fotos. Alles war sauber, so wie es sein soll. Tatsächlich scheint in dieser Wohnung alles neu zu sein, also auch wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auf den Matratzen konnten wir (Bandscheiben geschädigt) gut schlafen. Wlan Verbindung war schnell und stabil. Der Kamin hat ein tolles Flammenbild. Den werden wir uns dank Rücksprache mit Herrn Pirsch für zu Hause besorgen 😀 wir kommen aber trotzdem wieder!

Zu oft erwähnte Verhaltensregeln
Unser Aufenthalt war wie immer gut. Die Wohnung sauber und wie beschrieben. Nicht so schön ist der Ausblick auf den Parkplatz. Was uns aber richtig gestört hat, ist die sehr übertriebene Belästigung mit den Verhaltensregeln für die Wohnung. Wir haben schon in vielen Unterkünften unseren Urlaub verbracht und in etlichen davon lagen Informationen, wie sich der Vermieter den Umgang mit seinem Eigentum vorstellt, was natürlich völlig in Ordnung ist. Wenn man allerdings so wie hier, schon mit den ersten Unterlagen nach der Buchung diese Regeln per Mail geschickt bekommt, dann die Wohnung aufschließt und als erstes auf einen großen Zettel an der Wand neben der Tür schaut auf denen wiederum diese Vorschriften verewigt sind, dann weiter ins Wohnzimmer geht und dort auf dem Tisch sehr präsent wiederum das gleiche Plakat zu finden ist. Und als wäre das noch nicht genug, gibt es auch noch auf einem Regalbrett einen Aufsteller, mit einer freundlichen Beschriftung, doch ordentlich mit den Dingen in der Wohnung um zu gehen usw. Wenn jemand solche Angst um seine Wohnung und die Einrichtung hat, sollte er diese vielleicht lieber nicht vermieten. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl unter einem derartigen Verhalten gefühlt. Zu mahl es selbstverständlich ist, dass man fremdes Eigentum sorgsam behandelt.

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Ich habe mich in der Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt, sie ist sauber, modern und ohne viel Schnickschnack eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig fand ich das Klappbett, aber das wusste ich vorab. Schön war, dass es trotz der Lage in einem großen Gebäudekomplex sehr ruhig war. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett.

Mutter/Tochter Urlaub auf Fehmarn
Unsere Urlaubswoche auf Fehmarn war super! Tolle Ferienwohnung, nett eingerichtet, super geschlafen, sauber und top gelegen, man ist sofort am Yachthafen und in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Auf Fehmarn ist alles sehr schön angelegt, sehr sauber und ordentlich, tolle Radwege, man kann viel unternehmen, wir müssen auf jedenfall wiederkommen, haben noch nicht alles gesehen:o) Dankeschön und bis zum nächsten Mal

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen 4 Tage Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) und für diese Zeit war die Ferienwohnung optimal. Die Lage war super, die Sauberkeit war mehr als gut und für 2 Personen ist die Größe genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch die Schlüsselannahme / abgabe am Yachthafen lief unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung
Wir waren im Juni zum Bullitreffen auf Fehmarn und waren von diesem schönen Ferienapartment positiv überrascht. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung 1a. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorbildlich. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende.
