Wir sind insgesamt mit allem zufrieden. Grund zum Meckern haben wir nicht. Für uns mit Kindern war die Lage ideal, um z.B. auf kurzem Weg zu Fuß zum Strand zu gelangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich gegenüber. Trotz der belebten Barkhausenstraße hat sich die Lage als sehr ruhig gezeigt. Im Haus selbst gab es auch keine Probleme. Aus heutiger Sicht würden wir die Wohnung noch einmal nehmen.
