With mountain views to one side and the Castillo de San Miguel in the distance, the house has a large outdoor terrace and a balcony on the upper floor. Part of a gated community of townhouses with shared palm tree lined pool-lake, paddle tennis court and parking at the door. Also a small children's playground within the grounds.
