Vacation right from the start, in our newly built holiday apartments in Altenau!

A new and individually furnished holiday apartment with 95 m² of living space awaits you. The apartment has two balconies with a direct view of the mountain town of Altenau and the surrounding intact and untouched nature of the Upper Harz.

Apartment 8 has 1 cozy living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, as well as 1 fully equipped separate fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery and other accessories for 5 people. Of course, the further equipment includes a stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a television. A modern dining area with a view of the countryside completes the offer.

An in-house free W-LAN network, a flat screen TV with satellite HD TV and SMART TV, as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available. There are 2 safes in the apartment free of charge for your valuables.

All beds are equipped with health mattresses and adjustable spring frames and guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. For allergy sufferers we have special pillows, blankets and covers available free of charge. All floor coverings are of course suitable for allergy sufferers!

The panoramic balconies are each equipped with a drying rack and a parasol, as well as a table and chairs. Enjoy the endless wide panoramic view while staying outside in beautiful weather!

Our own parking spaces are located directly at the entrance. Usage is free.
A washing machine with integrated dryer is always at your disposal.

You will find safe storage space for bicycles, skis and toboggans, as well as charging stations for your e-bikes in our lockable garage. The use of the garage and the charging stations is of course free of charge.

Free rental of toboggans and Nordic walking sticks.

We are happy to have prepared hikes ready for you.

Are you looking for outdoor recreation?

The right place will be our garden, because the clocks tick a little bit slower here...
"Recharge" the sun's rays on our sunbathing lawn, or relax from the daily stress of everyday life on our sun terrace. Back-friendly loungers and garden furniture are of course available.

A covered barbecue area with a fireplace grill lets barbecue evenings in the summer months and some hours of vacation be remembered.

Enjoy the many opportunities in our house to forget the stress of everyday life.

Pure rest and relaxation can be found in the modern sauna with loungers, in the infrared heat cabin with light therapy or in the in-house solarium with facial tanner.

Of course, we have prepared hikes ready for you free of charge !

For our little guests we provide cots including bed linen and high chairs. These are of course included in the rental price!

In just 250 meters away, you can reach the new leisure center in Altenau with the new thermal baths and sauna area "Kristall Heißer Brocken". Two lifts with a toboggan run and cross-country skiing trails can also be reached very quickly.

Our house is the starting point for many beautiful hiking trails. We have prepared hiking tours ready for you free of charge.

It is also not far to the town center with many restaurants and catering facilities. Shops and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
