On 580 kilometers of hiking trails across all mountains or with the mountain bike on 400 kilometers of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadine offers a top-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadine are also sporty. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling: the possibilities are almost unlimited. The winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks on the frozen Upper Engadine lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snow-covered forests hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer the overview enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
