Ausgezeichnet

Alles wunderbar und so herrlich unkompliziert. In und um die Wohnung alles sauber und alles nötige vorhanden und vorbereitet. Und eine heutzutage nicht selbstverständliche Hilfsbereitschaft und allgemeine Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Immer wieder gerne und wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Keine schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Unser Aufenthalt war ok. Wir kennen die Gegend seit Jahren. Die Wohnung roch leider bei der Ankunft muffig. Auch, wenn das Wohnzimmerfenster, tagsüber geschlossen war. Die Scheibe in der Küchentür mussten wir putzen, da die Kinder in den Staub reingemalt haben. Die Vermieterin ging jeden Tag in die Wohnung und legte uns einen Zettel über Verhaltensmaßnahmen auf den Tisch. Wir baten sie, vor der Abreise eine Kontrolle durchzuführen und die 200€ Kaution mitzubringen. Sie hatte leider keine Zeit, war aber Minuten nach unserer Abreise in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen die Kaution nach mehrmaligem Anfragen und Androhung, das wir die Creditreform einschalten, erst spät zurück. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Leider steht im Wohnzimmer auch das 5. Bett.

Kurzurlaub nahe Güstrow

Güstrow ist eine Reise wert. Beeindruckend die Barlachausstellungen, die Innenstadt mit dem Dom und für uns der weitläufige Tierpark.

Alles in allem in Ordnung. Probleme bereitet die Warmwasseraufbereitubg im Bad und ein kompliziertes Heizunhssystem!

Ruhig gelegen. Nette Vermieterin. Leider fehlten ein paar grundlegende Küchenutensilien und im Bad ein Mülleimer.
