About this property

Relax in this special and quiet villa. It is located in the middle of a golf community and yet less than a 10-minute drive from the dream beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You can play sports (golf, tennis, pickleball or at one of the nine pools) in the complex or just enjoy your morning coffee on the patio shielded from prying eyes. And then in the evening enjoy a cool drink in your sheltered lanai overlooking palm trees and shrubs.

Freshly renovated and newly furnished, the Villa "Golden Bear" offers two bedrooms (both with king size beds), a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms. The open American kitchen is fully equipped. And from the spacious living/dining area (with 72" TV) you can access the lanai through three large sliding glass doors and enjoy the green surroundings.
And if you leave the sliding doors open, you have a living room that is twice as large. You can end the evening comfortably on the large terrace in front of the lanai.
