The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can thus accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated home office workspace, air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms, ceiling blades in the hall, a smart TV with streaming services, and a washing machine. Great pool

The pool and outdoor patio area was great but unfortunately was too cold to make much use of it during the time of year I was there (mid October). About a 10 min walk to the beach.

Black mould horror and leaking roof in Villa Smeralda

The pool and garden are gorgeous like in the picture, but don't take a closer look to bedrooms and bathrooms. The shower walls were full of black mould, the flyscreen in the second bedroom as well, all in all a real health hazard. In the third bedroom the roof was leaking, rain dripping in when it was raining. My request for a refund was answered by a 20 % price reduction by the owner and FEWO/Holidu.Given the severe shortcomings and faults risking our health this is a ridiculously low compensation offered. And it is not very helpful that Holidu gives the responsibility to the owner and the owner to Holidu. At the moment I 'm seekjng for legal advice.
