Beautiful detached holiday home with shared pool, near the historic center of the charming village Monteverdi Marittimo, 7 km from Lajatico, in the province of Pisa. The house is surrounded by a park of 4 hectares where there is a beautiful swimming pool to be shared with the other two villas of the complex. It also has a large equipped porch for outdoor dining with beautiful view of the surrounding plain to the sea, barbecue. 1 km Monteverdi Marittimo with all kinds of shops. 15 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto on the Etruscan Coast, 40 km Cecina, 40 km from the ancient Etruscan city of Volterra.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.
