Modern Villa Nika is located in Zadar, the urban centre of northern Dalmatia. The villa offers a fantastic view of the city and all its beauty.



With a living space of 340m2, this fully air-conditioned villa features 6 airy bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a single bed. The remaining two rooms are equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed making the villa ideal for 12 guests. Guests also have 4 nicely decorated bathrooms with a shower enclosure and 3 separate toilets at their disposal. Fully equipped elegant kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room complete the interior of the villa.



The fully fenced, 650 m2 large yard features a swimming pool (34m2) surrounded by deck chairs while on the terrace there is a jacuzzi where you can relax enjoying the view of the beautiful sunset. The villa also has 5 private parking spaces.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 20 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
