Villa Carbon Residence is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Labin. The Istrian peninsula offers many facilities and attractions that should not be missed, and one of them is the town of Labin. The villa was built in 2022 with a modern style of construction that will delight every guest. At your disposal is 375 m2, while the total area of the property is as much as 2000 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The villa consists of the ground floor, upper floor, and basement.



In the basement there is a Man Cave garage, which includes a winery, a playroom and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor will delight you with the living room, which includes a corner sofa, coffee table and TV. There is also a modern equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table that seats 10 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms, three of which have double beds and associated ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs, and there are also two rooms with 4 single beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The rooms located on the first floor have direct access to the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Old Town, the centre of Labin and the surrounding areas.



The lower outdoor terrace will delight you thanks to the overflow and pool of 60 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, you will relax on the sun deck on 10 deck chairs. Also, on the outdoor terrace, you can prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal grill, and try delicious dishes on the covered outdoor table with 10 seats.



Additional amenities at Villa Carbon Residence include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. You can use the feeder and baby cot, and there is a separate toilet.



You will have fun playing table football or table tennis, and you can enjoy true luxury thanks to the jacuzzi.



The yard of the villa is fully fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces.



In the immediate vicinity are all the important facilities, as well as a handful of available activities and the tourist centre of Rabac. Simple and pure luxury is complemented by details from the history of Labin and thus becomes a "museum" of Labin mining. It is surrounded by Mediterranean herbs and offers a rich offer of aromatherapy products to preserve health and a pleasant aroma.



In addition, in Labin, you can find many attractions, such as Frankopan Palace and the Lazzarini-Battial Palace from the 17th century and the Labin Gate built in 1589.
