Villa Loto

Modern newly built Villa Loto is located in the beautiful town of Posedarje. Posedarje is a place with a long history and tradition located on the shores of the Novigrad Sea, about 25 kilometres from Zadar. Apart from its rich history and tradition, Posedarje delights its visitors with its natural beauties, clean sea, beaches, one of which is pebble (Bokulja Beach) and is located in the village and the other sandy beach near the church of Sv. Duh, of course there are numerous small coves and beaches for those who want privacy.



Villa Loto has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have a double bed and the remaining two are equipped with single beds. Upstairs there is also a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic. The ground floor has an equipped kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a children's playroom for the youngest, and table tennis and football and darts for good fun in company.



Fun and relaxation will surely provide you a pool in the garden. On the outdoor terrace you can relax and get the desired summer complexion on deck chairs from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Dalmatian landscape. The Dalmatian atmosphere will be provided by a small tavern with a wooden grill where you can prepare fresh Dalmatian fish. The tavern has a typical Dalmatian decoration, a combination of stone and a large wooden table with seating.



Posedarje offers numerous recreational opportunities such as rafting, fishing and cycling. During your holiday you can visit the city of Zadar, but also other places nearby such as NP Paklenica, NP Plitvice, NP Krka, NP Kornati, Vrana Lake Nature Park, and places Nin, Novigrad, Pag, Starigrad, Sukosan, Bibinje and many others.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.
