In its 500m2 of living space, this modern villa offers accommodation for a total of 12 guests in 6 elegantly decorated bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed whereas the remaining two feature two single beds each. Guests of the Villa Sunlight also have access to another double bed functioning as an additional bed for two more guests. Each bedroom has a fully equipped ensuite bathroom. One of the stunning bathrooms houses a luxurious bathtub, while the remaining ones feature a comfortable shower cabin. Four bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the upper floor along with a hallway with fitness equipment, offering an unforgettable view of the sea.



A 40m2 spacious terrace is located on the roof of the villa - a charming oasis where guests can enjoy their first cup of coffee in the early morning or a chilled glass of quality wine in the evening.



The elegant ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa consists of a modern kitchen equipped with everything that guests could possibly need for preparing delicious meals during their stay, a beautiful dining room, a sun-soaked living room and one bedroom with its ensuite bathroom.



The stylish basement of villa Sunlight features a sleek wellness room with a sauna, a fitness room as well as a stunning wine bar, tavern with a charming indoor charcoal / wood grill, nice 7ft pool table and a gaming corner with a PlayStation console. Here, guests will also find the remaining bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a further separate bathroom and toilet, a laundry room, and a garage.

The 800m2 large estate features a beautiful, heated pool of 40 m2, where guests can seek refreshment in any time of the day enjoying complete privacy. Guests can also relax on the exclusively designed terrace whirlpool with 30 jets for a total of 5 people or on 6 gorgeous sun loungers by the pool and a comfortable outdoor seating area with a relaxing egg swivel chair.



A lovely, shaded children’s playground equipped with a double chair swing set, toboggan and soft artificial grass carpet is set up in the yard for the youngest guests.



An outdoor charcoal / wood grill is located next to the pool so guests can prepare scrumptious delicacies in the fresh air and enjoy them at the lovely outdoor dining table for 12 during warm summer evenings.



Inside the beautifully landscaped yard, guests have at their disposal 4 private parking spaces and 2 garage spaces, with 4 additional parking spaces available outside of the fully fenced yard.
