Built-in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, this villa provides accommodation for a maximum of 7, and optimally 6 people. You have 350 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 1000 m2. Cafes and restaurants are located near the villa, and the Adriatic Sea is only 1 km away.



Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, and one room has a shower and a bathtub. If necessary, the villa has a pull-out sofa that serves as an extra bed.



On the top floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room where you can relax on the couch watching TV, and right next to the living room is a dining room with a table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals for family and friends.



From villa Rhapsody 2 you will enjoy the view of the sea, and you will be able to follow the sunset and sunrise. On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the heated pool of 30 m2 and 1.55 metres deep. Next to it, in the sunbathing area, there are 6 deckchairs for resting. There is also an outdoor dining table on the terrace, which will be ideal for evening gatherings under the stars, and an outdoor gas grill.



Additional features of villa Rhapsody 2 include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as a feeding trough and a baby cot. It is also possible to organise concierge services and a massage on request, and the villa has an elevator.



There are 2 private parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa, one of which is in the garage.



The facility is divided into two villas, each of which has a separate entrance, and guests have complete privacy. Also, the villas can be rented together at the same time, which will be ideal for a larger group of guests.
