It is fully air conditioned, and on the upper floor has 4 spacious bedrooms that include 4 bathrooms with showers. Also, on the upper floor there is a terrace where an inviting jacuzzi awaits you, where you can enjoy romantic baths watching the sunset. In addition to the jacuzzi, the outdoor furniture is ideal for drinking morning coffee, while at the same time you are surrounded by untouched nature and its greenery.



Refreshment will certainly be able to find a larger number of guests in the yard of the villa where there is a heating pool of 36 m2, next to which there are 5 sun loungers. On the outdoor terrace is a dining table with 8 seats, and from there you enter directly into the villa and come to a beautifully decorated living room. It includes a sofa, coffee table and TV, and next to the living room is a dining room with a table for 7 people, which is followed by a kitchen bar and a modern kitchen.



Fans of luxury will certainly try, in addition to the jacuzzi and pool, the sauna located on the ground floor of Villa Calvi, and guests who like to stay active during the holidays will come across several exercise equipment in a separate room, such as a treadmill. exercise bikes and a few weights.



The villa is completely fenced, so thanks to this fact you will be able to enjoy and relax with your family or a group of dearest friends. Also, the villa has a beautifully landscaped garden with greenery where even the little ones will be able to play happily.



For lovers of delicious traditional dishes, there is also a small tavern that includes an indoor barbecue on wood or charcoal, and a kitchen. These are glass panels that work thanks to solar modules that 'collect' sunlight during the day, so during the night, the lighting element, which is built into the circle, in a special way produces a light play that delights every visitor.
