Villa Opatija Hills is a perfect example of modern architecture combined with traditional rustic details. The garden covers as much as 1500 m2, and the villa itself in its 140m2 of living space can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The villa consists of two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to store delicacies, while the comfortable living room is perfect for a quality family time with an unforgettable view of the Opatija Riviera. It is definitely worth mentioning the covered terrace of 50 m2, which offers an fascinating view of the Adriatic Sea. On the same terrace there is a beautiful rustic fireplace and an open-air dining room with a breathtaking view, which will make your stay unforgettable and relaxing.

If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
