The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, which offer plenty of natural light – this being the main feature of the minimalist bedrooms as well.



In the garden of the villa Mila in Debeljak, there is beautiful swimming pool (8x4) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where you can have refreshing swim whilst enjoying a superb view of the surroundings and the amazingly beautiful Adriatic Sea only 3.5km away from the villa. You can have fun and relax by playing table tennis with family and friends or preparing fresh meals on an outdoor grill in complete privacy. The villa also offers a private parking on the 800m2 big lot. The first supermarket is located only 200m from the villa, while the closest clubs, bars and other forms of entertainment can be found in the beautiful Sukošan and then, of course, Zadar.
