Villa Lucia

Villa Lucia is located in a small town of Hlapa on the northeast part of the island of Krk, the largest island on the Adriatic coast. The villa has 156 m2 residential area on the property of 960 m2 surrounded by lush vegetation and scents of Mediterranean herbs, ideal place that will provide you unforgettable holiday in a perfect newly built villa. Nearby are the towns Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Punat, famous for its beautiful beaches, traditionally prepared meals and top quality wines.



The villa consists of three bedrooms, each room has a double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace for lovers of cold Mediterranean nights.



Within the villa there is a swimming pool of 25 m2, richly decorated terrace and barbecue where you can enjoy with family and friends in the treasures of the Kvarner paradise.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.



Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
