Modern, newly built Villa Tereza with the area of 250 m2 is located in the beautiful historical city of Zadar, which is considered to be one of the most popular Croatian tourist destinations that delights with numerous sights, beautiful beaches and entertainment facilities.



This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa receives optimally 6 and a maximum of 8 guests, with 3 spacious bedrooms full of daylight and 4 bathrooms, three of which are equipped with shower cabins and one with a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa, which is decorated with style and elegance, there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay and a living room for pleasant socializing with a terrace and garden area of 600 m2.



The entire villa is covered with Wi-Fi internet for a worry-free surfing internet from all rooms.



In a fully-landscaped garden that is completely fenced, there is a 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor grill and 2 parking spaces.



On the roof terrace, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi and beautiful view of the city at any time of the day.

The location of the villa makes it possible to have all the facilities for a carefree stay, given it is located in the heart of the city. There are a number of restaurants, shops and other facilities in the vicinity of the villa.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
