Villa Tesoro

Villa Tesoro is located in Zaton, only 3 km from the royal city of Nin and 15 km from the city of Zadar. In Zaton, you will certainly find beautiful sandy and pebble beaches such as "Pliša" and "Punta", which, thanks to their rich tourist content and beautiful sea, are an unmissable destination. For years, Zaton has been visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who want a peaceful and pleasant holiday. The villa was built in a rustic style in 2022, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who have 300 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 9000 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers you 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed, and the fourth room has two single beds. The villa also has 4 bathrooms with showers.



In the living room, you will be comfortable on the sofa, two-seater and armchair, and there is also a coffee table and a TV. Next to the living room, there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the favourite dishes for the whole family, and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people.



On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the covered pool of 40 m2, 1.5 metres deep, next to which there are 8 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor gas grill.



Additional features of Villa Tesoro include a washing machine, an iron, a separate toilet, a feeder and a baby cot.



The villa is fenced and offers enough available parking spaces.



Do not forget to visit the beautiful city of Nin, which is located in a beautiful lagoon on the Adriatic, and the tourist centre of Zadar. The Zadar archipelago is full of hidden islands, and we suggest you visit the Kornati islands or Dugi otok. If you are looking for a trip on land and getting to know breathtaking nature, choose Plitvice Lakes National Park or Krka National Park. Adventurers can try rafting in the canyon of the Zrmanja river or bungee jumping from the Maslenica Bridge. The view of the sea, islands and green mountains that you will take home are simply unforgettable!
