Villa Batana

Luxury Villa Batana lies in Sukošan, a small seaside town in Northern Dalmatia. Villa is decorated in a rustic, Mediterranean style, enriched with modern luxury that will not leave indifferent even the most demanding tastes. The immediate vicinity of the coast and an accessible location not far from the city centre will provide you with everything you need for a dream holiday.



Overall accommodation capacity for eight people, Villa Batana has three luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned rooms with fully equipped ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor. In addition, there is one sofa bed for two more people. The two rooms also have a large, spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful sea and the beach just 5 minutes’ walk away.



The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. If you arrive during the wintertime, in the illuminated living room you will enjoy relaxed evenings with your loved ones in the pleasant modern fireplace. The living room also has access to a spacious terrace with a large and heated pool measuring 4x8 m large and 1.5 m deep. There are six deck chairs around the pool, and there is also an outdoor charcoal grill and a large outdoor table where you can enjoy relaxed socializing on summer evenings.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The fully fenced yard of the villa is equipped with a trampoline, table tennis, lawn, while inside of the yard of the villa there are a total of four parking spaces.



In Sukošan you will find various entertainment content which will enrich your holiday. For example, water sports, cycling, outdoor activities, horseback riding and similar activities are available in this place, activities which will surely fill the day to all those who want a more dynamic holiday.



In Sukošan you will also be able to see various cultural and historical monuments such as the church of St. Kasijan, a 17th century parish church with Romanesque and Baroque features. The historical sights of this small place on the Adriatic coast include historical traces of time such as the Upper Gate, the former entrance door from the Venetian period, or for example the Zmajević Coat of Arms, located on a building called the Diocese, which is a unique example of Croatian heraldry.



In the bay of Sukošan you will also find a specific cultural and historical monument, which today has become a trademark of Sukošan - the mansion Palac (Thumb). The remains of this archbishop's country mansion, built in the late 15th century on an artificial island lie in the middle of a sea bay.



Sukošan is located next to the urban centre of Zadar, a historic city with three thousand years of history. In its turbulent and long history, Zadar has been marked by various political turmoils due to its geographical central position on the Dalmatian coast.



Therefore, this city is also the richest in numerous cultural and historical monuments, and in addition to various churches, such as the unique pre-Romanesque church of St. Donat from the 9th century, in Zadar you will find various modern installations that attract attention with their uniqueness and beauty. For example, the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun are some of the unavoidable localities on the Zadar waterfront that you must not miss when you come to this magical city.
