It is a combination of natural textures and modern design, which will leave you breathless! It provides guests with 112 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 568 m2. It is 100 metres away from the nearest sea, which is a great opportunity for all those guests who can't wait to dive into the depths of the sea and pleasantly refresh themselves during the hot summer days. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for up to 8 people and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.



On the ground floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a living room consisting of a corner set, coffee table, and TV, while next to the living room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family and a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. places. On the ground floor, there is still a room where you can use the washing machine and iron.



In addition, on the ground floor, there is a separate guest toilet and one in the outdoor kitchen, as well as an outdoor shower.



On the upper floor of the villa, there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds with ensuite bathrooms with showers, where the rest of the guests can be comfortably accommodated.



The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing fresh and delicious meals, which you will be able to try on the dining table. On the terrace, you will find an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood (barbecue "Green Egg"), perfect for magical dinners in the company of close friends and family. Villa Em also has an outdoor pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, and a spacious sun deck with 8 sun loungers and Fatboy pillows suitable for water.



Children will be able to enjoy the outdoor courtyard or play table tennis. Of course, other attractions and local activities at your fingertips include wine tours, water sports, an aquapark, horse riding, bike rental, or sailing.
