There is a modern heated swimming pool (10x5) in the yard of the villa Pequena Perla in Poljica, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or for a refreshing swim with the family. Here, complete privacy is guaranteed. A gorgeous rustic stone wall - a specific Mediterranean feature - extends throughout the plot. The Villa Pequena Perla in Poljica combines Dalmatian rustic design with modern details that will leave you breathless and it can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in fully furnished modern bedrooms. For wine lovers, in addition to the beautiful vineyard, there is also a wine cellar with a selection of amazingly flavoured dalmatian wines.



*Guests have biologically grown vegetables from the garden at their disposal.



*The offer of the villa includes a 6.5 m long motorboat, providing enough place for a total of 12 people. Guests can rent the boat with a skipper, for day trips to our stunning islands, the price is negotiated on the spot with the owner.



*Villa Pequena Perla is located on an isolated location, away from the village and with no neighbours nearby, guaranteeing you complete privacy and security.
