Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villas and have their own ensuite bathroom, one with shower and the other with bathtub. A separate toilet is also available in the villa.



The beautiful ground floor consists of a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that guests will enjoy preparing delicious meals in, a lovely dining area and a cosy living room with a fireplace.



The living room opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, an outdoor charcoal / wood grill, a dining area, and a comfortable seating area. On the same terrace guests will find a beautiful heated pool (width: 3.2 m length: 7.5 m depth: 1.4 m) from which they will enjoy the magnificent view of the lush Mediterranean vegetation stretching in front of them.



The exterior and interior of Villa Flor represent a successful blend of the traditional Istrian spirit, manifested in the use of stone and wood as both building and decorative material, and modern details, minimalism as well as muted grey and beige tones.
