Villa Manimm is located in Posedarje, only 23 km from the beautiful city of Zadar! Villa Manimm was built in 2018 and underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It is only 500 metres away from the clear sea, which is a great opportunity to dive into the depths of the sea with family or friends. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.



On the ground floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, armchair, and TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a table for 8 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Also, on the ground floor, there is a fitness room that will delight fans of active holidays and contains several basic exercise equipment.



On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds (three beds are 160x200 and one is 140x200), and two bathrooms with showers. On the upper floor you will also enjoy two outdoor terraces where you will be able to have your morning coffee.



On the outdoor terrace, on the ground floor, you will be pleasantly refreshed in a heated pool of 44 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m, whose additional features are a jacuzzi and counter-current swimming. You will sunbathe on 8 sun loungers soaking up the warm rays of the sun or reading your favourite book.



Additional contents of Villa Manimm are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can use a separate toilet, as well as a feeder and a cot (60x120). The sofa in the living room serves as an extra bed for two people.



Kids will have fun playing darts, and there are swings and a slide.



Villa Manimm has a sea view and the yard is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
