Luxury new building with upscale furnishings, on the Lübbesee in Templin / Uckermark for rent weekly from January to December. Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday. The holiday home has a great indoor climate, cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter. On the upper floor there are 2 separate bedrooms with TV and wooden floorboards. In the open-plan living area downstairs there is a cosy real leather couch in the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Sat-TV & W-lan. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and plenty of worktop space. 6 people can be seated at the dining table. The fireplace gives a cosy feeling. The bathroom is equipped with shower WC hairdryer. A covered outdoor terrace and a large sun terrace by the living room give you a real holiday feeling. There is a fire bowl with charcoal grill and 2 sun loungers. The property is 200 metres from the crystal-clear Lübbesee, where you can use a boat/bathing jetty. Lübbesee is one of the cleanest lakes in the country, about 15km long with a pleasant sandy bottom, the shore slopes gently, you can walk in well. There is a cycle and hiking trail around the lake that you will love.
The district of Ahrensdorf is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Templin. Whether swimming sailing fishing (DAV) snorkelling diving surfing rowing SuP mushroom hunting (porcini mushrooms chanterelles chestnuts ...) cycling hiking or ice skating the possibilities on site are manifold.
In 1 hour you are in Berlin, Szczecin or at the Müritz. The Baltic Sea is 1.5 hours away.
In Templin you can enjoy the beautiful old town with city wall / city gates, no shops, restaurants, cafés, natural thermal baths, Western town "Eldorado", a well-developed cycle path network. The Niederfinow boat lift, Finowfurt Aviation Museum (sightseeing flights possible), the Werbelinsee, Karinhall, Schorfteide Wildlife Park, Chorin Monastery and Boitzenburg Watermill & Castle (Renaissance) are within 15-30 minutes to reach destinations in the surrounding area.
The quiet 450 square metre property is located in the Schorfheide biosphere reserve.
The occupancy is for 4-5 persons. Bed linen / towels are included.

The baker comes Mon Wed Fri, in the village there is a good restaurant, a beverage market with snack bar, a children's playground and a mini market with ice cream & bread service.
Arrival is possible on Saturday from 16:00 to 22:00.
Departure is possible on Saturdays from 6.00 am to 10.00 am.
A really cosy and lovingly furnished cottage in the middle of the forest.

Non-smoking house, no problem on the terrace.
At the moment (June) long-eared owls are nesting on the neighbouring property.
The mushroom season starts with chanterelles & porcini mushrooms (May - Oct)
