Villa Stina Murter is located on the island of Murter, in the town of Jezera. Murter is known as the largest island of the Šibenik archipelago, separated from the mainland by the narrow Murter channel, over which a 12-meter-long movable bridge was built in the town of Tisno. This beautiful island has four settlements: Murter, Betina, Jezera, and Tisno, and has been inhabited for almost two millennia. Built-in 2022 in a rustic style, villa Stina Murter offers 185 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 990 m2. It is 350 metres from the nearest beach, which is an excellent opportunity for refreshment during hot summer days. It is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (200x180), and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (200x90) that can be joined into a double. Also, each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.



In the living room, you will find a sofa, an armchair, a romantic fireplace, and a smart TV. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table and a modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals with ease.



On the upper floor of the villa, there is also a balcony where you can enjoy drinking coffee or reading a book thanks to the sofa and coffee table while enjoying the view of the sea.



The outdoor terrace will be your favourite place to hang out thanks to the 42 m2 hydromassage pool, 1.5 metres deep, next to which there is a sunbathing area with 6 deckchairs. There is also a covered outdoor dining table next to which there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.



Fans of an active holiday will be delighted with the gym with several basic exercise equipment. The villa also offers you 2 bicycles that you can use during your stay.



In the villa, you will be able to use a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and a separate toilet, and if children are coming with you on holiday, there is a feeder and a baby cot. As an additional bed, there is 1 sofa bed and 1 extra bed.



Villa Stina Murter has a fenced yard with 3 private parking spaces.
