Reach the beautiful semi-detached house via an unpaved, approx. 150 m long road and enjoy this excellent location surrounded by greenery. The modern house is comfortably furnished and promises you rest and relaxation. Cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue on the terrace provide you with the best conditions for successful meals. If you are traveling with your extended family, you can book the second half of the house subject to availability.

Explore the surrounding area and quickly reach the first beaches by car. Visit Opatija, which impresses with a variety of entertainment events. Take long and beautiful walks along the Lungomare. A kilometer-long coastal promenade connects Icici with Opatija in the north and with Iko and Lovran in the south. Discover the Opatija Riviera and enjoy the gastronomic offer. Visit the Ucka Nature Park and the islands of Cres and Krk.
