Cottage 'Chez Léontine' with Mountain View and Wi-Fi
Mountain gîte in the Audoise Pyrenees in a quiet hamlet in the ESPEZEL commune, suitable for all ages whatever the season.
For a refreshing dip in the lake, you can visit one of the supervised lakes.
A climbing gym is just 5 km away (Belcaire), as are a number of other outdoor activities.
The Cathar Trail and its many walking loops pass close to the Gîte.
In winter, you can take advantage of the various ski resorts, which also allow hiking etc. ...or simply to spend the festive season. The house will be heated before your arrival.
Firewood is available on request at extra cost.
We read the electricity meter on your arrival and departure.
Beyond that, consumption will be billed at the current rate when you check out.
A deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure.
