About this property

Flat again with 1 suite, sleeps 4 people plus a bathroom, living room with integrated kitchen, TV with free Sky, air conditioning, laundry area, balconies one with hammock, garden and place for 1 car, all new and well equipped! They are in flat street to the beach, surrounded by great neighborhood. Total privacy. Totally free of moisture or mold in any dependency. Social area with pool and shower. They are 350 meters from the beach. We are close to malls, restaurants, supermarkets and commerce in general. Rent ANNUAL (from March to mid-December), season, weekends and holidays. We do not accept pets. We've been on the ground for ten years. It is always with pleasure that we receive our guests. We assist with the needs that arise during the stay, and promptly try to solve the problems.

Enganado pela proprietária

Eu aluguei um flat NOVO! como foi descrito no anúncio. O flat não é ruin mas e longe de ser novo. FORNO NÃO FUNCIONANDO, FOGÃO FRACO, TOSTADOR QUEBRADO, MAÇANEZA DE UMA PORTA CAIU VARIAS VEZES, PIA DO BANHEIRO ENTUPIDO, MOFO NO BANHEIHO. O funcionário foi muito prestativo mas um absurdo dizer que se trata de um flat novo. A proprietária Vera recusou a reclamação porque o funcionario ajudou resolver alguns problemas. Desnecessário falar que não quis passar minhas férias supervisionar a reforma do flat. Encomendamos jantar (por causa da pandemia!) em vez de preparar as refeições no flat. Vera falou que o anúncio do ano 2013! ainda não foi atualizado. Como pode ser? Mas depois da minha queixa ela atualizou rápidinho no site brasileiro (só esqueceu que na tradução continua "all new ... free of moisture and mold..."). NENHUMA DESCULPA da Vera mas o comentário "Se as acomodações não estavam do seu agrado deveria ter se retirado". Isso é um comportamento absolutamente desonesto e me sinto enganado.

great place in Juquehy!

O apartamento é excelente: confortavel, limpo, bem localizado, otimo! Vera é excelente anfitriã e bem atenciosa. o único pequeno problema, apesar de ser um lugar de férias e de desconectar, a internet wifi é bem fraca - não funciona dentro do apartamento e só tem sinal na área comum perto da piscina - isso é importante se voce viaja e quer manter contato com a família.

Flat bom, atendimento nem tanto

Flatzinho muito gostoso,espaçoso, bem localizado, perto de tudo, bem charmosinho. Porém a Vera não é das melhores anfitriãs, já percebi antes de alugar, e na hora de ir embora devido a chuva, esperamos passar, ela bateu desesperadamente na porta para que fossemos embora... um pouco de bom senso não faz mal a ninguém... tirando o atendimento, o flat é ótimo!

Confortável e próximo de tudo

O flat é exatamente como nas fotos. Estava muito limpo e bem cuidado. Acomoda bem 1 casal com 2 crianças. O ar funciona bem e é suficiente para o flat inteiro. Nem próximo do centrinho e da praia. Tem os utensílios necessários para o preparo de refeições. Gostei bastante, recomendo e pretendo voltar
