Stunning villa with sea & sunset views, in walking distance to Cala Salada beach

This recently refurbished villa, is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. All the bedrooms have a terrace area overlooking the pool and sea. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.


Casa Bella Vista is situated in the quiet residential area of Can Germa. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio yet close enough for a short taxi ride should you wish to sample the fantastic nightlife it has to offer or just spend the day lazing by the Pool. It really is the best of both worlds!

Only a 400 metre walk away is in our opinion the best beach on the island, Cala Salada and the smaller but equally as picturesque Cala Saladeta, a great spot for a freshly served Mojito on its sandy shore! Why not venture to the mostly untouched and unspoilt north part of island, winding roads, beautiful green countryside and hidden beaches. The villa is in the perfect location to do just this.

We have contact details for Boat Charter and English speaking Taxi/Chauffeurs who can drive you to and from the Villa. We have also teamed up with Velo Club Ibiza so if you fancy a guided cycle tour either by road or mountain bike then let us know. Just have a look at our Guest Comments to see how well we try to look after our guests from initial enquiry to deposit return.

And of course super fast Fibre Optic Broadband included. Please note that due to the location of the Villa, phone signal is poor although some people find this a real bonus!

Amazing sunsets and location
The villa was in great condition and we enjoyed the different chill out areas a lot, including the inside sofa area which really came in handy when it was raining! The sunset views from the top patio were stunning and the proximity to the beach was also welcome when we didn't fancy driving. We didn't have any issues getting taxis in/out as some of the other posts have suggested. There is seemingly a gap in mobile signal very near to the villa, so if requesting taxis via the TaxicClick app, its good to be aware of this. I would recommened heading outside to wait for the taxi when it says it is 3 mins away as this seems to be the point where the signal goes a bit and then you wont miss any cars turning up (the app makes it seem like the cars are stuck on 3-4 minutes, when in reality the car has arrived!). When getting taxis back to the villa, cash is a good idea in case the drivers card machines can't connect to the phone network.

Geweldig genoten. Contact met eigenaar was heel prettig en dacht goed mee. Ontvangst door Emelie was super fijn. We waren onder de indruk van het huis. Zo ruim, netjes en alles was aanwezig. Een rustige plek om Ibiza te verkennen. Maar ook op loopafstand naar een klein strandje Een echte aanrader voor een heerlijk verblijf op Ibiza!

Très agréable maison dans un cadre merveilleux
La maison est très bien conçue et bien équipée. On s'y sent bien. Une belle cuisine, des lits confortables, une terrasse très agréable et un espace piscine top ! La gestion de la location s'est très bien passée, Emelie et son collègue sont très réactifs et s'adaptent à nos demandes. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Nous avons été déçus par la crique de Cala Salada, elle est très jolie mais il y a beaucoup trop de monde.

Summer Holiday Ibiza Aug 23
First of all, this villa is spectacular. It is spacious and was fully equipped with everything that we needed, the pool is fantastic and big enough for us all to play about in. We loved the location, at the bottom of the hill is the beautiful Cala Salada beach- it is quite a hike so we would drive down and park in the car park at the bottom. At the top end of the road is a lovely restaurant called Can Pou where we ate out several times and the service and food was spot on. I would recommend you hire a car, there is a Lidl 10mins down the road which was perfect to stock up on essentials, and Sant Antoni was only a 5min drive on from here. The views from this villa are incredible, and at sunset provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Unfortunately, I do have one negative comment- they are building a new villa right next door. Whilst you can ignore the view of the building site and look the other way, regrettably you cannot ignore the sound. Whilst the drilling and banging wasn’t continuous throughout our stay, and they did appear to finish by 3pm most days, the noise created next door was definitely not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful surroundings that this villa has to offer. It did also affect us being able to sit out on the balcony in peace and without being overlooked, I certainly didn’t appreciate the builders starring at my wife whist she sunbathed by the pool either. It would have been nice if the owner had let us know. That aside - villa was great.

Mooie ruime villa met prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee
Dicht bij Sant Antoni, met supermarkten en restaurants. Ideaal huis om met kinderen, die graag in het zwembad spelen te verblijven. De huurders van het naburige huis maakten tot laat in de nacht luidruchtige harde muziek. Toen zij daar de volgende dag op werden gewezen, werd de muziek veel zachter gezet en hadden wij er geen last meer van.

July 2021 Vacation
This was a well earned and well needed break from the difficulties we had all been experiencing over the last 18 months. The Villla provided the perfect respite we had been seeking. Bella Vista is a beautifully maintained property in a perfect location and within a short walk of Cala Salada & Cala Saladeta beach. The view from the balconies is idyllic. The owner has thoughtfully provided all the home from home type comforts that enable you to instantly relax into your holiday, Property Manager Roz was very helpful and even provided some essential food items as we arrived late in the evening. If you get the chance book; even though travel at the moment can be difficult. You will not be disappointed.

Herrliche Villa mit faszinierendem Blick
Wir wurden von Rosalyn, der Hausverwalteri, so herzlich begrüßt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment wie zu Hause fühlten. Rosalyn hatte schon den Kühlschrank und die Vorratskammer nach unseren Vorstellungen gefüllt und so hatten wir keinen Einkaufsstress und Urlaub vom ersten Augenblick. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die gesamte Bucht und man kann die cala salada Bucht tatsächlich zu Fuß erreichen (obwohl schon recht steil). Rosalyn hat uns klasse Tipps gegeben und war uns eine perfekte Gatgeberin

Schönes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht
Tolles Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld der Reise immer gefragt, warum es keine Außenansicht des Hauses gibt oder warum die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer zugezogen sind. Das hatte mich skeptisch werden lassen. Diese Befürchtungen haben sich nicht bewahrheitet, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist am Hang gebaut in einem Villenviertel. Ein Nachbargrundstück ist leer, auf dem anderen steht eine moderne Bauhausvilla, durch Bäume und Sträucher kaum einsehbar. Die Fenster und Schiebetüren sind mit Gittern oder extra Bolzen gesichert, es gibt eine Alarmanlage. Die Bäder und die Küche sind neu, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig. Die Küche ost vollständig ausgestattet, es gab nichts, was ich vermisst hätte und wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Ein großer supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an frischem Fisch ist mit drm auto in 3-5 min zu erreichen. Mein Mann und mein Sohn haben sich über kettlebell und schlingentrainer gefreut und ich mich über die gymnastikmatten (yoga auf der dachterrasse mit schönerer kulisse als in jedem fitnessvideo 😀 und danach in den Pool- ein perfekter Urlaub...)

Perfect holiday.
My family and I stayed for 12 glorious days..2 adults and 3 teens. The villa was a perfect set up for us, allowing us lots of space when needed but providing ample social areas to eat/chill out/play games and come together. The pool is a really good size and was one of the highlights. The main highlight was being able to watch the sunset each evening..spectacular. The owner was also extremely accommodating..allowing us complete flexibility as we were unsure whether we would definitely be able to go with the current situation. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place for great vacation!
We had a great time staying at Bella Vista. The pool was very nice but the most enjoyable thing about the villa is the terrace on the top floor. Great views the whole day and a perfect spot to enjoy those Ibiza sunsets. We loved that the villa is equipped with all you would every need. Even a Sonos speaker that we used quite a bit. Would recommend staying here!

This villa is beautiful and there is so much room. It’s equipped to a really high standard, we loved the Sonos, the Nespresso machine and in particular the nutribullet for cocktails! The view is stunning, especially at sunset, and the pool is huge, there were even some inflatables! We were just as happy to have a bbq and and a night in at the villa as we were to go out. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Fantastisch huis, geweldig uitzicht en persoonlijke ontvangst
Met vijf vriendinnen waren we naar Ibiza en verbleven we 6 dagen in dit huis. Een heel warm welkom en heel fijn om vantevoren al app contact te hebben met de plaatselijke contactpersoon over de locatie, aankomst en ook handig bij vragen tijdens het verblijf. Het huis was zeer ruim, verschillende zitplekken, zon en schaduw. Mooie keuken met alle faciliteiten. We hebben genoten vh heerlijke zwembad en het uitzicht. We zouden iedereen een verblijf hier aanraden. Locatie is net ten noorden van Sint Antoni maar met een auto kan je in een half uur overal op het eiland komen. Prima te doen. Beneden aan de baai vind je naast een rotsstrand ook een mooi verscholen zandstrandje met super helder water. Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie en keren hier graag nog een keer terug!
