Unser Aufenthalt war nur 1 Nacht aber die Wohnung war wirklich tipptopp von der Sauberkeit her ,von der Geräumigkeit und vom wohlfühlfaktor hat alles gepasst ,was das angeht wären wir fast gerne länger geblieben!!!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Außenansicht des Hauses ist erstmal irritierend, sieht unbewohnt aus . Aber die Wohnung ist top : top ausgestattet, stylisch eingerichtet .Uns fehlte nur ein großer Spiegel und Nachttischlampen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker fussläufig um die Ecke erreichbar , Parkplätze gut verfügbar und kostenfrei. Tolle Anbindung an Nahverkehr ( Bus , U-Bahn ) nur 3 Haltestellen zum Zentrum War ein entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Superschöne Wohnung. Gerne wieder!

Eine superschöne Wohnung mit allem damit man sich so richtig wohlfühlt. Sehr gepflegt. Einfacher Check-in mit Schlüssel im Schlüsselfach. Fotos und Beschreibung des Objekts so wie man es antrifft. Alles bestens. Gerne wieder!

Family-Ausflug

Ich habe alle Infos ausreichend früh bekommen und der check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung liegt im Süden von Bochum, also etwas außerhalb. Die Innenstadt ist mit den Öfis gut zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker und edeka ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung selbst würde ich sagen, das sie ganz hübsch renoviert wurde. Leider ist uns allen ein etwas modriger Geruch aufgefallen, wenn man reinkommt. Das oben das Dachfenster und im Wohnzimmer die bodentiefen Fenster nicht abzudunkeln sind ist nicht so gut, vor allem wenn man es anders gewohnt ist. Ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Matratzen sind wahrscheinlich recht neu und wirklich gut. Geschirr könnte etwas mehr da sein, besonders wenn man zu sechst ist. Ein paar zusätzliche Müllbeutel dürften es sein und das Thema Mülltrennung sollte möglich gemacht werden. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, mit etwas Verbesserungspotential.

Alles okay, sehr schöne Wohnung, neu renoviert. Ruhige Lage. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber problemlos, sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder !
