This fully air-conditioned modern villa is spread over two floors. Three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, are located on the upper floor with a lovely terrace from where you can admire the magnificent views of the crystal clear sea. The fourth bedroom with its own bathroom is on the first floor. Here you will also find a bright and cozy living room, open plan to the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. You open onto the covered veranda with both gas and charcoal barbecue for your enjoyable al fresco meals overlooking the enticing solar heated pool. A very special advantage is the pretty eco-garden with figs, grapes, almonds and aromatic herbs, which are of course available for you to pick freely when preparing your delicious family meals.The former fishing village, as witnessed by its charming old architecture, Medulin is today a popular tourist destination, widely known for its variety of rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, as well as for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet at the same time be close to the center of entertainment. Sports and adventure enthusiasts have a very large variety of summer and water sports activities at their disposal, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horseback riding, hunting and panoramic flights more inland. Medulin offers a rich selection of restaurants, stores, bars and cafes along its promenade, plus the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away. If you want to admire unspoiled nature, don't miss the breathtakingly beautiful nature reserve of Cape Kamenjak with its turquoise blue sea, wild beaches and a rich variety of beautiful endemic flora and fauna.
