Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a corner in the shade to relax as well as an outdoor dining area and barbecue. In the garden of the villa there is an inviting swimming pool and sun loungers, as well as a bowling alley for leisure activities. The property is fully fenced and has a private car park for 4 cars.
