The two-storey villa is located on a 500m2 plot. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a comfortable living room with a TV and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is also a terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. In front of the villa there is a 32 m2 private pool and a terrace with sun loungers where you can relax. Just a few steps away is the covered summer kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals for your family on the gas barbecue. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, making this the perfect place to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Discover the many hidden beaches on the east and west coast of Istria and visit Cape Kamenjak in the south.
